Plain-language terms for renting an OC Flower Bar setup. By booking, you agree to these.

You pay the full rental plus a $100 refundable security deposit at booking. The deposit is returned within 5 business days after we pick the equipment up, less any damage or loss.
Cancel 5 or more days before your event for a full refund. Cancel within 5 days and you receive a full refund minus a $50 fee. Your deposit is always returned in full if the equipment never went out.
You choose, buy, and prepare your own fresh flowers. We provide the display, buckets, tools, signage, and wrapping supplies. We do not supply or arrange flowers.
We deliver, place, and style the bar, then return to collect it within the windows confirmed at booking. Please have a safe, level, accessible spot ready, and someone 18 or older present at delivery.
From delivery to pickup, the equipment is in your care. Keep it where we place it, please don't move it, it is heavy, and keep it away from water, weather, and children. You cover the cost of any damage, loss, or excessive mess beyond normal use, including any amount above the $100 deposit.
Our total responsibility for any rental is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not responsible for injury, allergic reactions, or property damage arising from your event, the flowers you supply, or the actions of your guests. By booking, you agree to hold OC Flower Bar harmless for these.
We may photograph the styled setup, never your guests, for marketing. Let us know before your event if you would prefer we don't.
